Vintage Era is a fictional digital publication for contemporary accounts of place, culture and shared time. The contrast between a moving bison herd and a luminous blue interface suggested a platform where image archives feel immediate while their organisation remains calm.

Otho designed the identity and experience as one connected system. A compact typographic frame holds titles, dates and locations, leaving large images to establish each story. The blue interface colour signals navigation and active states, while neutral reading views reduce distraction. Movement between index and article is expressed through shifts in scale rather than decorative transitions.

Across desktop and mobile, recurring labels make different subjects easy to follow and return to. The structure supports long visual essays, short records and grouped collections without changing its underlying logic. Vintage Era gains recognition from consistent pacing, clear hierarchy and a controlled relationship between interface and photography. The project remains an independent concept, demonstrating a digital publishing language without claiming a real editorial history or audience.
