Hollow North is a conceptual digital field platform for recording remote landscapes and the life moving through them. The existing bison imagery and blue-lit interface suggested an experience that should feel observational, spacious and exact rather than overtly documentary.

Otho organised the platform around clear routes, image-led records and a restrained information layer. Large photographs establish place first; compact labels, coordinates and notes then give each entry context. A cool interface palette separates the digital archive from the warmer field imagery, while generous pauses prevent the material from becoming an undifferentiated feed.

The system extends from desktop research views to focused mobile stories. Navigation remains consistent as users move between regions, subjects and individual records, with motion used only to clarify changes in scale or location. Hollow North becomes a coherent fictional tool for collecting and presenting visual observations: rigorous enough for repeated use, but quiet enough to let the landscape and its inhabitants remain central.
